二、能耗分析
冷凍式干燥機的能耗最大,既有一部分的電能消耗,又有一部分循環(huán)冷卻水的消耗,因此產生的外部能源設施的運行能耗也是一筆不小的開支;無熱吸附式干燥機的電能消耗很小,但再生氣耗很大,導致空壓機的能耗大大增加;微熱吸附式干燥機的電能消耗主要是再生氣的微加熱,由于微加熱的周期比較長,這就大大降低微熱吸附式干燥機的能耗,而且由于微熱吸附式干燥機的再生氣耗較小,相應價低了空壓機的能耗;從綜合能耗上講,微熱吸附式干燥機在壓縮空氣凈化領域存在很大的優(yōu)勢。
